- A. If you tell them — yes. If you don't — most won't. Closer writes in your voice, references real signals (their funding round, recent hire, the LinkedIn post they wrote last Tuesday), and books the meeting. We recommend disclosure on first reply. The law in some places requires it.
- Q. What if it sends something stupid?
- A. Two safeguards. First, you can set "approval required" mode — Closer drafts, your team reviews before sending. Second, Closer has a confidence threshold. Below it, the message lands in your inbox, not the lead's. Default: 95%.
- Q. Will it work with my CRM?
- A. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Folk, Close, and Airtable — native. Anything else: REST API or Zapier. Setup takes about three minutes.
- Q. Can it replace my SDRs?
- A. Most teams use Closer to amplify SDRs, not replace them. The grind work — first-touch, qualification, follow-up — Closer handles. The interesting work — relationships, edge cases, complex deals — humans handle. Some teams have replaced SDRs entirely; that's a real outcome, but it's not what we push.
- Q. What about deliverability?
- A. Closer uses your existing inbox (Gmail, Outlook). We don't blast — we send a few personalised messages per lead, paced to look human. Domain warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC — automated. Most customers see 60-70% open rates by week two.
- Q. How do I cancel?
- A. Settings → Plan → Cancel. One click. No call, no retention specialist, no guilt trip. We'll send a goodbye email and keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
